Constructed in 1907, the 25-story, Beaux-Arts building was designed
by architect Frances Kimball as the headquarters for the Trust Company
of America. Committed to preserving the beauty of the original building,
Tiffany embarked on an extensive restoration project that strictly
adhered to State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) guidelines.

The interior-designed by architectural firm Yabu Pushelberg-boasts
a floating sculpture by world-renowned lighting designer Ingo Maurer, as
well as a series of spacious rooms featuring 12-foot glass walls patterned
with glass reflectors that are lit from below and a grand staircase of
marble, glass and stainless steel that appears to be floating.
