How has COVID-19 Impacted Care and Repair Services?

Our open stores are accepting items for in-store cleaning and repair to send to our Service Center. Appointments can be booked online and up to five items can be submitted per appointment. You may also send repairs directly to our Service Center by following the instructions listed here. For more information, please call client care at the Tiffany Cient Service Center at 800 464 5000, where representatives are available from 10:00AM–6:00PM EST Monday–Friday.
