For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

    Available on all orders under $1,000. Please allow 3-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

  • Express Shipping with signature on delivery: $0 
    Available on all orders above $1,000. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your items. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
  • Next-day delivery: $20 (Complimentary on orders above $3,000)
    Orders placed  Monday through Friday before 3:00PM EST will be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Saturday before 1:00PM EST will be delivered on Monday. Sunday and holiday delivery are not available. Next-day delivery is not offered for watches or personalized items.

 

Please note that all orders above $1,000 require a signature.

More Information on Complimentary Shipping:

  • Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount.
  • Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. website for domestic delivery.
  • In-store pickup is available at select Tiffany & Co. locations. Learn more.

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Tiffany & Co. does not ship orders to post office boxes. Tiffany & Co. is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

 


 

Return Policy

 

What products are eligible for returns?

 

Products are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. within 30 days of purchase. Our 30 day return policy for purchases made between November 1st and December 15th , 2024 is extended to January 15th, 2025.

 

All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply, please note:

  • Merchandise under $75,000 will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
  • Merchandise $75,000 or more will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above $75,000.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes and pouches.
  • Watches must be returned with the same number of links presented at purchase and accompanied by the warranty card.
  • Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging (including water seal stickers) and in saleable condition.
  • Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within the original country of purchase.
  • Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.

 

How do I return an online purchase?

 

Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns, you may do so through any of the following:

  • Simply visit this page to print a return label. Complete and enclose the return slip in your package and drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Additionally, you may also schedule an at-home pickup.
  • Contact us and one of our client advisors will assist you.
  • You may also return your item at any of our Tiffany & Co. stores in the U.S. To locate the store nearest you, click here. Please bring your original form of payment and sales receipt.

 

What will my refund look like?

 

For online/phone purchases: Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply. Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only on www.tiffany.com or at Tiffany & Co. U.S. locations, or through our client advisors.

 

For in-store purchases:  Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Refunds will be provided only for purchases by cash or check to the original purchaser; credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issue of that credit card shall also apply. Refunds for purchases by check will be issued by company mail check upon presentation of the sales receipt and only if the funds have been received by Tiffany & Co. Cash purchases over $200 will be refunded by mail check. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only at Tiffany & Co. U.S. locations, on www.tiffany.com, or through our digital client advisors. Client’s failure to properly declare the merchandise and/or pay appropriate taxes and duties in any jurisdiction outside of the U.S. may prevent Tiffany & Co. from providing after-sales service on such merchandise.
