How do I use my Tiffany gift card to make a purchase online?
To use your Tiffany Gift Card online*, simply proceed through the checkout as though you were using a credit card. As payment method, select Gift Card and enter your Gift Card number and PIN. The amount of your purchase plus tax and shipping fees will be deducted from the value of the card. If the value of your Tiffany Gift Card does not cover the full cost, a credit card may be used to cover the difference.
We currently can only accept one Tiffany & Co. gift card per transaction online. To use two or more Tiffany & Co. gift cards in one purchase, please contact a Client Advisor at 800 843 3269 for assistance.
*Please note: Tiffany Gift Cards must contain a PIN (Personal Identification Number) to be used on Tiffany.com. The PIN is located underneath the scratch-off bar on the back of the card. Tiffany Gift Cards purchased prior to October 1, 2003 do not have a PIN. If your Tiffany Gift Card does not have an imprinted PIN, please call 800 843 3269 for assistance.
