The return policy for items purchased online is the same for items purchased at a retail store. All Tiffany returns adhere to our current Tiffany return policy. Should you wish to return a bridal registry gift, Tiffany & Co. will be happy to exchange it for merchandise or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Simply place the gift in its original packaging with the receipt (if available) and bring it to the nearest Tiffany retail store. If you do not live near a Tiffany & Co. retail store, you can return the item with complimentary shipping. Simply visit Tiffany.com/Returns, print out a shipping label and then drop off your package at the nearest UPS location.
