At Tiffany, we’ve always been inspired by the natural world, and we see it as our moral duty to sustain the wonders of the earth. As part of our commitment to wildlife conservation and ending the global ivory crisis, we joined our friends from the fashion community to support the #KnotOnMyPlanet campaign during New York Fashion Week in fall 2016. A Tiffany & Co. Schlumberger® Elephant clip was just part of our donation to the Elephant Crisis Fund, which works to stop elephant poaching and the global demand for ivory.
In continued support of this initiative, Tiffany is proud to announce Tiffany Save the Wild, a new collection of charms and brooches launching worldwide in stores and on Tiffany.com this fall. 100% of the net profits of this new collection will be donated to the Elephant Crisis Fund.
To celebrate this launch and raise awareness about its endangered elephant population, the June issue of Porter magazine included an in-depth story and photographs of the collection shot on location in Samburu, Africa. An exclusive release of our new 18k rose gold and diamond elephant charm is now available on Net-A-Porter.com for a limited time.
In keeping with our continued legacy of sustainability efforts around the world, and to help raise awareness for the cause, Tiffany partnered with Porter and Save the Elephants to host a gala at Kensington Palace on June 12. Celebrities, designers and activists attended a seated dinner to support this worthy cause, working to save up to 30,000 endangered elephants a year by protecting them against poaching, trafficking and ivory theft.
