What if I need to return my engagement ring?
Engagement rings are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply, please note:
- Engagement rings under $75,000 will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- Engagement rings $75,000 or more will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above $75,000.
Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns, you may do so through any of the following:
- Simply visit this page to print a return label. Complete and enclose the return slip in your package and drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Additionally, you may also schedule an at-home pickup.
- Contact us and one of our client advisors will assist you.
- You may also return your item at any of our Tiffany & Co. stores in the U.S. To locate the store nearest you, click here. Please bring your original form of payment and sales receipt.
