How much does it cost to repair my Tiffany jewelry?
The cost to repair a Tiffany product varies and is determined after an assessment is made by one of our repair professionals. Repair pricing varies based on the type of product, material and/or gemstone. When the assessment is complete, we will send you a free estimate.
Tiffany offers complimentary repair assessments and pricing estimates for all products with the exception of Patek Phillipe watches. Call Customer Relations at 800 464 5000 or email them at CustomerRelations@Tiffany.com for more information on Patek Phillippe repairs.
At this time, we can only accept shipments from customers residing in the U.S. If you reside outside of the U.S., please refer to your local Tiffany & Co. or you may call us at 800 464 5000 and we can assist you with your servicing needs.
