Beginning July 1, 2022, Machine-Readable Files (MRF) will be published by our healthcare providers, on behalf of the Tiffany and Company health plans, allowing the public to access providers’ in-network negotiated rates and out-of-network historical allowed amounts and billed charges for covered items and services.
