Tiffany timepieces are warranted by Tiffany and Company, a New York corporation (“Tiffany”), for a warranty period of sixty (60) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of the limited warranty. The limited warranty covers only material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of purchase (“defects”). The limited warranty will come into force only if the warranty certificate has been duly completed and signed by a retailer authorized by Tiffany. The limited warranty grants specific legal rights, in addition to which there may be other legal rights which will vary from country to country and from state to state. During the warranty period you will have the right to have a covered defect repaired free of charge (and before any legally applicable deadline) if you present a valid warranty certificate. In the event that repairs do not restore your watch to operating condition, Tiffany will replace it or, as required by law, otherwise offer an alternate resolution. The replacement watch is also warranted under the terms of this limited warranty within the same warranty period of sixty (60) months from the date of replacement).
