Colorado Consumer Privacy Statement

This Colorado Consumer Privacy Notice supplements the information in the Privacy Policy and applies solely to Colorado consumers who interact with us in an individual or household capacity. This Colorado Notice uses certain terms that have the meaning given to them in the Colorado Privacy Act (the “CPA”).

Processing Purposes:

· Process and fulfill orders in connection with our products and services and keep you informed about the status of your order
· Provide client support (including repairs, alterations, cleaning and other services)
· Create and manage your account with Tiffany
· Operate, evaluate and improve our business (including developing new products and services; enhancing and improving our services; managing our communications; analyzing our products and client base; performing data analytics; and performing accounting, auditing and other internal functions)
· Provide online customer support services through the automated virtual assistant and live chat features on our Online Channels and maintain transcripts of chat communications
· Reduce credit risk and manage collections
· Verify your identity
· Send you promotional materials and other communications (including thank you notes, special occasion reminders and other communications from sales professionals with whom you’ve engaged)
· Communicate with you via email, postal mail, phone and other means about, and to administer your participation in, special events, contests, sweepstakes, programs, offers, surveys and market research
· Protect against, identify and prevent unlawful activity, claims, and other liabilities, such as fraud
· Comply with and enforce relevant industry standards, contractual obligations and our policies
· Respond to your inquiries
· Compliance with legal obligations, a court order, or to exercise or defend legal claims
We do not knowingly process personal data from children under the age of 13. We also do not engage in profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning consumers, as defined in the CPA. To the extent we process deidentified information, we will maintain and use the information in deidentified form and will not attempt to reidentify the information unless permitted by applicable law.

If you are a Colorado consumer who interacts with us in an individual or household capacity (and not in a commercial or employment context), you may have the right to: (1) request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data; and (2) opt-out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or the sale of your personal data. In addition, you may have the right to obtain your personal data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the personal data to another entity.

To submit an opt-out request as an authorized agent on behalf of a consumer, please email privacy@Tiffany.com with the subject line “Authorized Agent Request.” If you submit a request through an authorized agent, we may ask for your written permission or a power of attorney. Where you provided your authorized agent with written permission, we may require that you also verify your identity.

To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before complying with your access, deletion or correction request. If you request access to or deletion or correction of your personal information, we may require you to provide certain information, including:
- Contact information (such as name, phone number, and address); and
- Information about your transactions with Tiffany.
In addition, if you ask us to provide you with specific pieces of personal information, we will require you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request.
