What is the Tiffany Wonder exhibition? 

An immersive exhibition, Tiffany Wonder is a visual journey through nearly 500 pieces that represent the hallmarks of Tiffany & Co. since 1837: expert craftsmanship and inventive creativity. Each sparkling jewel or significant object on display celebrates these core pillars of the House. 

 

Where is the exhibition located? 

 

Tiffany Wonder is located at TOKYO NODE gallery on the 45th floor of Toranomon Hills Station Tower, 2-6-2 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

 

I lost something at the venue. Who should I contact?

Please contact TOKYO NODE information at 03-6433-8200 from 10:00AM–6:00PM.

 

Is there any other information that I should know?

You may have to wait to enter the exhibition during busy times. The exhibition is not responsible for any trouble between customers. Resale of tickets and goods is strictly prohibited. In addition, the organizer assumes no responsibility for any troubles caused by transfer or resale.

 

Can I take photos of the exhibit?

Photos are permitted, but please refrain from streaming, shooting with tripods and using selfie sticks. 

How do I purchase tickets? How many tickets can I purchase at a time and are tickets refundable? 

Tickets must be purchased on the Tiffany & Co. app, available on the iOS and Google Play app stores. You may reserve up to 10 tickets. Pricing: Adults: 2,000 JPY; high school and college students and seniors: 1,700 JPY; elementary and junior high school students: 800 JPY; infants and toddlers: ticket fee waived. Preschool children must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or guardian. Please present a valid I.D. for senior and student tickets.

We recommend selecting a date and time that is most suitable to you; however, reservations are flexible. Walk-ins are welcome. There may be a queue when certain time slots are busy. Ticket purchases are final (and nonrefundable).

Can I cancel my reservation and receive a refund?

Canceled reservations are not eligible for a refund. It is not possible to change or reschedule reservations.

 

Is there a discount for caregivers?

A caregiver for a person with a disability (up to one person) may enter for free. Please bring your purchased ticket and disability certificate with you and come directly to the exhibition reception. There is no need to purchase a ticket for your caregiver.

 

What are the hours of operation? Approximately how long does it take to walk through the exhibition?

The exhibition is open from 9:00AM to 8:00PM. The last entry is at 7:00PM. It takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes to walk through the Tiffany Wonder exhibition. If you arrive at the venue without a ticket, please purchase one on the app (pending availability). 

 

How long is the exhibition running for? 

The exhibition opens on Friday, April 12 and runs until Sunday, June 23, 2024.

 

Are walk-ins accepted?

If there is availability, yes. Tickets can be purchased on the app.

 

I deleted the app. Do you still have reservations left?

If you delete the app, then download it again, your tickets will not display automatically. After reinstalling the app, tap “Import Tickets” in the Tickets tab and enter the reservation I.D. and email address associated with your ticket. 

How do I get to the exhibition? 

The entrance to TOKYO NODE is located on the eighth floor of Toranomon Hills Station Tower. Please use the “Shuttle Elevator (via 7F Sky Lobby)” or C Elevator to reach the eighth floor for those coming to 45th to 49th floors.

 

For those coming by car or taxi, if you are using the parking lot, please enter from the first floor and use the mechanical parking lot on the B3F. From the parking lot, take the C Elevator to 8F TOKYO NODE.

 

If you are arriving by taxi, please enter from the first floor and use the driveway. After departing the train, enter the building and take the C elevator to the eighth floor: TOKYO NODE.

 

For those arriving by train, please take Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line “Toranomon Hills Station.” Exit the ticket gate and proceed to the A2 side toward Toranomon Hills Station Tower, then enter through the “OFFICE/TOKYO NODE” entrance on the right-hand side of the station atrium. Please take the shuttle elevator to the eighth floor and arrive at TOKYO NODE via the seventh-floor sky lobby.

 

What can I bring to the exhibition and is there storage available? 

Please refrain from bringing large baggage (suitcases, umbrellas, etc.), dangerous items, odorous items, fresh flowers or other perishable items to the venue. There are no facilities to store baggage or suitcases and only limited spaces for wheelchairs and strollers, which are not permitted inside the exhibition. If you have a small item you need to store, please use the coin lockers on the eighth and 45th floors. 

No food or beverages are allowed inside the exhibition.

Please refrain from entering the facility with pets (excluding assistance dogs such as guide dogs, hearing dogs and service dogs).

 

Is there a guided audio tour for the exhibition?

The Tiffany & Co. app features an audio guide that provides an overview of Tiffany Wonder and each of its 10 sections, as well as highlights from each section. Please bring your own earphones or headphones.

 

Can I take photos of the exhibits?

Unless there is an object or area marked with a “no photography” designation, we encourage visitors to take photos of the exhibition. Please refrain from using flash photography. 

Is TOKYO NODE wheelchair accessible? 

Yes, the gallery is wheelchair accessible. To reach the venue on the 45th floor, please take the elevator or escalator to the eighth floor. Although it is possible to visit and view the exhibition in a wheelchair, please note that TOKYO NODE does not lend out wheelchairs.  

No scooters or e-scooters are permitted within TOKYO NODE.

 

Is there a parking lot?

If you wish to use the parking lot, please enter from the first floor and use the mechanical parking lot on the third floor. From the parking lot, take the C elevator to the eighth floor, TOKYO NODE. Please visit toranomonhills.com/access for details related to hourly parking. 

 

Where do I enter if I arrive via taxi? 

If you are arriving by taxi, please enter from the 1st floor and use the driveway. After getting off the train, enter the building and take the C elevator to the eighth floor, TOKYO NODE.

 

What are the various modes of transportation that can be used to access the exhibition? 

If traveling by car, connect to 1F driveway. If traveling by train, connect to Toranomon Hills Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line or to Toranomon Hills Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line or Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, Marunouchi Line, Hibiya Line, Kasumigaseki Station, Exit A12/A13 or to Toei Mita Line, Uchisaiwaicho Station, Exit A3 or to JR Shinbashi Station, Karasumori Exit.
