Starfish
This chapter reimagines a quintessential sea creature, the starfish. Exceptionally matched unenhanced rubies from Mozambique, Africa, bring a mesmerizing quality to the creations. Round brilliant diamonds layered over rose-cut diamonds, as well as gold tendrils, bring dimension and texture to each piece. One transformable pendant, set with over 3 total carats of these exceedingly rare rubies, can also be worn as a brooch.
Artfully Reimagined
These pieces draw inspiration from a diamond-and-pearl brooch designed by Jean Schlumberger during his first year at Tiffany & Co. in 1956. The modern interpretation beautifully reinvents the original in an array of textured silhouettes, including these platinum and 18k yellow gold earrings featuring over 4 total carats of unenhanced rubies.
By the Numbers
Artisans crafted the Starfish ring over a span of approximately 270 hours, setting the platinum design with an unenhanced ruby of over 6 carats, 96 rose-cut diamonds and 119 round diamonds of over 4 total carats.
